Ms. McDaniel received her BA in Choral Music Education from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008, after which she taught choir at the middle school level for thirteen years in the Austin area. During her tenure as a choral director, her choirs consistently received the highest possible ratings at yearly UIL contests and competitions. In addition to teaching at the campus level, Ms. McDaniel also served as the Fine Arts Department Head at her school and as the Region 18 Middle School Vocal Coordinator for the Texas Music Educators Association.
